There is washer/dryer in the unit and the living room will be fully furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, plenty of cabinet space and is full stocked with dishes/pots/pans etc. Tenant is responsible for wifi and electric (split with the other roommate). All other utilities are covered. The pictures I've included below are not of this specific unit, but our apartment looks exactly the same, except with darker cabinets. Requesting a female tenant with no pets who is also okay with one cat.
