This is an 1835 home. One of the oldest homes in Georgetown, Indiana. It is also on the national historic register list. There’s an old building in the back that used to be a horse stable. This building used to be a bed & breakfast at one point in time. It’s known as The Wolfe Hotel. It still has good structure inside. Foundation is still in great shape. The inside is basically gutted so you can build it to your specifications. It has a nice 2nd story balcony that overlooks the town. The sidings were restored and primed late 2021. The front and 2 sides of the house sidings have been restored and primed, ready to paint. The siding on the back of the house hasn’t been touched, it needs to be restored.
