No smoking inside and anywhere on the premise of the property. Violations may result in a $300 fee per occurrence and potential eviction. NO PARTIES & EVENTS: Strictly no parties or events are allowed. Violation of these rule may result in additional charges and potential eviction form the property. No Guests of Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. NO OVEROCCUPANCY NO PETS allowed. Sorry, we love pets but we don't accept pets at the property.
