Empty half acre lot north of home is like a park and owned by homeowner who purchased it after neighbor's home burned down. Underground fence covers both lots for dogs. Lots of space between houses in the development. Granite Transformations replaced countertops, sinks, faucets, and hardware in kitchen and all three bathrooms at end of 2018. In 2021 we replaced our old deck with a 12 X 16 composite deck with roof attached to home roof and large patio under the deck. We added sidewalk and steps from the back of our garage to our patio and also replaced our front steps and sidewalks. Some old siding and gutters were replaced and had our house repainted.
