This 3-bedroom Victorian home in the Fall Creek neighborhood in downtown Ithaca is a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the Cornell campus, and a 15-minute walk to downtown. Cozy back yard, covered off-street parking. We plan to rent our home from early January 2022 through the end of May 2022. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which we have been using as an office, and 1.5 bathrooms. Great natural light, hardwood floors and an open layout on the first floor make the home welcoming. The home is fully furnished, including a washer and dryer. We have a small child, so there is a play kitchen, tiny piano and crib/toddler bed, which we can leave out or put in storage according to your preference. Same with kitchen implements (pots, pans, plates, cups, etc). The house is just a mile from Cornell University, and you can get there on foot, car, bus or on a bicycle if you are in shape for the hills! The house is also near several parks, and is walking distance to the elementary school, middle school and high school. We are nine blocks from downtown and just a few blocks from 2 coffee shops. We are not perennial landlords. We are looking for someone who will enjoy our home and be respectful of the care we put into it! Tenant responsible for gas, electric, trash, water and sewer. No pets, please.
