Due to the tailored design, additional furniture cannot be accommodated. A single person, and not a couple is what we are looking for to minimize street parking, and due to the compact size of KBOX. The Grand Pyramid Cottage (the main house on this property) is home to me, the owner of the property, Christoph, and also hosts a small design and architecture studio (Kaiserworks) on the second floor. The main house occasionally also hosts small events on the first floor. The atmosphere of the property as a whole is peaceful - like a tranquil garden. We are looking for a tenant that would like to maintain that peaceful vibe. KBOX tenants have access to a laundry room at the back of the main house. Shorter leases may be considered but will affect the monthly rate. Income verification and a background check are required as part of the application process.
