In search of a roommate to move into large house (5 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms) with four (3 males, 1 female) existing roommates. One large Master Bedroom and attached Master Bathroom is available to rent. Current roommates have lived together for some time and are in search of a great candidate to fit in. We have 2 dogs and 1 inside cat. Being animal friendly is a must. We all either work full time or go to school full time, or both and are fairly active. Our house is a mellow and quiet place where we like to relax. We enjoy outdoor activities, sports, camping, and generally just hanging out. We are all in our late 20's and looking for someone of a similar age, stage in life. Laid back, easy going, flexible person would work best with current roommates. We do our utmost to keep a clean house with everyone expected to contribute to household duties, cleaning and yard-work specifically. Seeking a responsible individual to rent the Master Bedroom for $700 per month which includes a private fully remodeled bathroom. Home is in Arvada off of Wadsworth and close to Old Town, many parks and walking trails nearby, 5 min away from Standley Lake. Home is fully furnished EXCEPT for any bedroom furniture you would have in your room. Washer & Dryer included and all appliances. All utilities to be shared and paid for by all existing tenants. Two car enclosed garage and 3 driveway parking spaces all shared.
