Our condominium rental unit is located at 9135 Westminster Avenue, at the northeast corner of Westminster and Magnolia, in Garden Grove. The unit features two bedrooms upstairs, each with their own full bath. Downstairs is a living room, dining area and the kitchen. A half bath is also on the first floor. There is a small fenced in yard at the rear of the unit that connects through to a two car enclosed garage. The garage has a hook up for your washing machine and an either an electric or gas dryer. The garage comes with an automatic door opener and two controllers. On street and alley parking is limited so you will be expected to park your vehicles inside the garage. We have fully refurbished this property to be in top condition. The kitchen and bathrooms have new cabinets, the windows and sliding glass doors have been retrofitted with energy efficient dual pane glass, the carpets are brand new and the inside has been freshly painted. In addition, the two full baths have been totally renovated with beautiful tile walls and floors. There is a club house that you can rent for parties which is next to our association's swimming pool. You will be provided with a key for access to the swim deck and pool. As a tenant you will be responsible for the reasonable up-keep of the small rear yard. The yard has two planter areas and a small patio. The front of the property and all surrounding areas are maintained by the homeowners association so you do not need to be concerned about that upkeep. The rent is $2,200/month. If you want a lease we will consider a 1-year term, just let us know. Otherwise the rental agreement will be prepared on a month-to-month basis. We also require a $2,200 deposit upon move-in to secure the occupancy and guarantee the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. We require you to complete a rental application and pay a $35 credit check fee for each person that will be signing the rental agreement. The credit check fees are not refundable as we have to spend your money to verify your credit. You can pay the $35 fees with a personal check or cash when we meet to show you the unit. If you are interested in our property please go by it first and see it from the outside. We will give you a rental application to fill and collect your credit check fees out at that appointment.
