We will only pay for garbage. Cleaning is $700 and security deposit is $1000. Security deposit is refundable DEPENDING ON CONDITION OF PROPERTY. Last month rent is due along with first month rent. Cleaning, security, and last month rent are payable upon payments. No pets allowed.
