Violation of these rule may result in additional charges and potential eviction form the property. No Guests of Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. NO OVEROCCUPANCY NO PETS allowed unless previously discussed and approved. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 4 PM , and check-out is by 10 AM.
