This is a three bedroom house with a study, which can be considered a fourth bedroom. We have a large front patio with plenty of room for rocking chairs for the entire family. The dining room and entry way is full of sunshine. Our kitchen has stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. We have a wonderful living room with a fireplace that lights up with just a simple flick of the switch. Hardwood floors throughout the first floor, of course. On the second floor, you are greeted immediately with a bright, spacious bonus room with many windows. All of the bedrooms are very spacious. The master bedroom is also filled with plenty of sunlight, which as two closets and an enormous walk-in closet. The master bath has a large bathtub, glass shower stall, and a separate water closet. Neighborhood Description Heritage is filled with young families with children. This is a beautiful area with plenty of nature around us. Heritage has two pools and will soon have a lazy river and fishing pond in the next few months. We are shortly dedicating a park trail that will connect to the surrounding cities of Raleigh and Rolesville. Our specific street is high up on a hill above the others in the neighborhood, which allows us to see into the forests and other developments in the surrounding areas. Our little cul-du-sac is filled with children who also like to run around and play with each other. On any given day, everyone is outside laughing, talking, or just enjoying the day.
