The second floor of the house is a new addition built in the early 2000s and it contains two bedrooms and one game room with a pool table and one bathroom. Also, there is a balcony overlooking the lake in both bedrooms. Private entrance and covered parking car port. This property is on Mountain Hill Lake and has 2 private docks and Lake access with one ramp. The upstairs is approximately 1300 sq feet of living space. The master bedroom has angular ceiling and steps ( very nice!) Any housebroken pets are fine. No smoking inside, but outdoors and within reason in designated areas is fine. If you have a boats, jet skis, waverunners, or any kind of water craft, please have your own personal insurance or be willing to waive any blame towards the homeowner in writing. Initially, I require a minimum 6 month lease, however, the lease can renegotiated after that time allotment for renewal. ;)
