The neighborhood is quiet, and the block is quaint. The house is centered to Hwy 169, the BA, and I-44, so it only takes 10 mins to get practically anywhere in Tulsa (sans traffic hour). As a renter, you will have the following: Fully furnished room All bills paid Coffee and tea bar Full use of the kitchen and all items in it Weekly maid service All home items taken care of I have an idea of the type of woman I'm looking for, and with the perks available, the rate will be above the local standards.
