I am looking for a tenant to rent out my spare bedroom in my townhome in Bellemont. The room has been recently painted. You will share a bathroom with one other person. The rest of the home is furnished, as seen in the photos, outside of the bedroom. I would prefer a 1 year lease but open to a 6 month lease. The rent price listed includes all utilities and internet. You also are welcome to use any of my many streaming services on the living room TV as well as any appliances, cleaning items or kitchen items you need. It is move in ready with just about everything you need outside of the bedroom itself, which will be need to be furnished by the tenant. There is a walk in pantry with plenty of space for food as well as a full-sized washer and dryer and a 2 car garage. There is a $500 deposit at move in which is refundable. The two of us living here are both very clean, quiet and respectful. We are looking for someone else who is similar. I work 2 jobs as a therapist in Flagstaff and am only home a few nights a week, so you'd generally be sharing the entire place with one other person most of the time.
