    What's special

Nestled in a Castle-like pre-war elevator building, this sun drenched, corner, spacious two bedroom apartment, features a large living space (with room for a dining table), 2 large Bedrooms, separate full sized eat in kitchen and great closet space. Building Features: live in super, laundry, elevator and an amazing landlord! Cats okay no dogs! I currently live in the building, and have for the last 6 years. I can speak truly to how great it is to live here and how great my landlord is! Bay Ridge covers three square miles next to New York Harbor, with a population of about 80,000, according to census figures. The neighborhood has mostly absorbed Fort Hamilton the area around the Army base south of 86th Street, which is Bay Ridge's busiest commercial strip while at the same time becoming distinct from places like Sunset Park. The R train underneath Fourth Avenue gets commuters to Midtown in about 45 minutes. A number of interborough bus lines serve Bay Ridge, including the B63, the B64 and the B70. The x27 express bus, which runs along Shore Road, takes about half an hour to reach Lower Manhattan. Sorry, no dogs are allowed.
