YEARLY lease includes summer months. Very close to restaurants and bars, as well as beach access. The home is very clean and well kept. I take pride in caring for my property so others will feel extremely comfortable while living there. The best feature of this home is the expansive screened porch. It is so nice to sit on the porch with the breeze blowing while overlooking the Sound. There are so many varieties of birds and other wild life that it never gets boring. Additionally, there is a covered dock with a swing if you prefer to be a little closer to the water's edge. If you have a boat, there is also a boat ramp available onsite for your personal use. I have had my property on Airbnb and Vrbo for the last couple of years and I'm proud to say it still has a 5 star review.
