Sanitas from main bedroom and good view of flatirons and Boulder star from living room window. We truly enjoyed living here for 2 years and are only leaving because of a new job. Renter is responsible for electricity and internet. Renter pays $97/mo for utilities (water, gas, trash) and a $15/mo for grounds fees. Pet rent is $25/mo. Parking lot is first-come first-served, yet we never had a problem finding a parking spot in the lot. Plenty of street parking also available. No smoking allowed. Need to have renter's insurance. Property managed by Boulder Property Management - they're very responsive and have an easy online portal for paying rent.
