We do NOT allow pets in rentals. We prefer a 600+ credit score. The most favorable applicant(s) will have a Rent-to-Income Ratio of no more than 30% combined. A credit check, employment verification, and background check including eviction report is required for all adults over the age of 18. Non-refundable $30.00 application fee payable by check, money order, or cashier's check to Arbor Pointe for each adult over the age of 18. Any previous evictions or felonies will result in a denial. Tenants are responsible for NIPSCO and water.
