We bought the house in 1998. As far as we are aware a small addition was done to the house in the 70's. we had a foundation added to the addition prior to purchasing. We have updated fixtures throughout. New roof/gutters & rebuilt soffits in 2004, new furnace in 2006, back patio built in 2002, new floor in kitchen in 2003, new water heater, new kitchen sink, fixtures, etc. 2nd bath added in 2004. Appliences have all been updated since 1999. The exterior was just given a fresh new coat of paint with beautiful colors of sage & butter yellow - very charming
