This is not a party house. It is a very quiet home conducive to studying and getting up early for work and/or school, but that doesn't mean that you can't entertain, have friends and people you are dating over, etc. The house has 1.5 baths, central a/c, washer and dryer, cable (HD/DVR), wireless broadband internet, huge backyard, large basement, hardwood floors, <5 min. walk to the Norristown High Speed Line (formerly the R100), 10 min. walk to the R5, and driveway parking. The house has a new furnace, new central air, new windows throughout, and a newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. I am looking for a third roommate. The room is very large and is $620/month. Utilities are extra (Comcast cable, broadband internet, electric, gas and water). It is a month-to-month lease. All I require is that you give 30 days notice.
