It's a very nice space for a couple or a small family. Building manager will need to approve you for the sublease. If you like to extend to a full lease, you may have that discussion with the building manager. Sublease will be until end of the January 2021. Utilities include gas, water and heating through the building. Dogs and Cats will be extra charge from building manager. You'll have to let me know beforehand.
