This Peak 7 cabin feels like you're in the middle of nowhere yet you're only minutes to hiking, biking, skiing and more on Airport Road or Breckenridge Main Street! At the end of a cul-de-sac, our home backs up to the national forest where you can access a network of trail systems. A wrap around deck to grill and relax on, a spiral staircase that leads to views you can sleep, read, or work next to, and a wood burning stove in the main room keeps you cozy after a day exploring the mountains.
Fully furnished. Desk for remote work in house, second desk available as needed. Lease is negotiable but unable to do full year. No smoking or illegal drugs on property. House or crate trained dogs allowed on case by case scenario but pet deposit and extra cleaning fee upon departure does apply. Driveway parking available.
Utilities included with conditions on lease include electric, heat, WiFi, water,snow plow for driveway during winter months.
