The following things have been done: New heat pump, water heater, flooring, cabinets, counters, sink, toilets, bathroom exhaust fan, external and internal doors and lights, Blinds, TV wall mount, landscaping, sheetrock and insulated utility room. The following items have been replaced or repaired: floor joist, plumbing, and electrical. Replaced all electrical receptacles, and back yard fence. Inside painted walls and ceilings, outside painted trim. Filled in rock and dirt in low areas, and placed hangers in utility room. A new roof has been scheduled to be put on the house. Hopefully, by January 2025.
