Great location!! I10 and 610 just five minutes away. This peaceful, small community has a pool area, area to sit down and relax under the trees and a small barb-q area. Community is gated and there is an assigned covered parking just off the stairs to the condo. There is extra parking spaces available if needed. There is also a small outside storage closet. NO carpet, granite counters through out, repainted, ceiling fans and well kept condo. Double pane patio doors that give light to the living room and the master.
