Guests will have full access to the unit and outdoor space during their trip. We respect your privacy but are here to answer any questions that you may have during your vacation. Smoking inside the house is prohibited, and guests found to be smoking inside will be charged an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Please be mindful of the maximum capacity of the house, as guests may be fined $50 per unapproved guest beyond the home capacity. There is parking available for up to one car at the designated parking space, marked 4 in the lot out front. An extra charge of $50 will apply per unauthorized vehicle. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for a cost of $25. Guests who stay beyond their checkout time without approval will be charged $100 per hour.
