Plenty of space for raised vegetable beds. House has heat pump for cooling and heating. Parking is in the driveway next to the existing house and it is a short walk to the backyard house from there. No pets. Tenant takes on bill for house utilities. The water-sewer-garbage (WSG) bill is divided between the two houses. There is a water meter in the crawl space of the backyard house to read off the water usage. I'll show you where this is. If you send me a photo of the water usage monthly, then I'll divide the WSG bill according to usage. Otherwise, the WSG bill will be split 50/50. No businesses are to be conducted on the property. We can arrange an open house after that. Security deposit is due with signed lease. First month's rent is due on move-in. Applicants need to have credit scores above 650 to apply. No smoking/vaping or businesses to be conducted in the house. Reusable tenant screening reports are not accepted. I refund your application fee if I don't run your screening report.
