Craftsman style cottage house for rent; built in 2021! Sits in the backyard of existing house and tenants will share yard with the existing house (also a rental). Tenants are Team 909. Plenty of space for raised vegetable beds. House has heat pump for cooling and heating. Parking is in the driveway next to the existing house and it is a short walk to the backyard house from there. No pets. Tenant takes on bill for house utilities. The water-sewer-garbage (WSG) bill is divided between the two houses. There is a water meter in the crawl space of the backyard house to read off the water usage. I'll show you where this is. If you send me a photo of the water usage monthly, then I'll divide the WSG bill according to usage. Otherwise, the WSG bill will be split 50/50. No businesses are to be conducted on the property. I have a video (maybe you would call this a 3D tour) I took of the house exterior and interior. Contact me if you are interested and I'll send you a link to the video. We can arrange an open house after that. Security deposit is due with signed lease. First month's rent is due on move-in. Applicants need to have credit scores above 650 to apply. Previous lease durations of less an 1 year can be reason for rejection of rent application. Applications are done through Washington Landlord Association. No applications from Zillow will be accepted. I need to meet you, the renter, before renting you the house. No remote rental applications. Emails and text messages are welcome for inquiries. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (electric and water/sewer/garbage). The largest bill tends to be the water/sewer/garbage which can be up to $150 per month. No pets. No smoking/vaping or businesses to be conducted in the house. Reusable tenant screening reports are not accepted. I refund your application fee if I don't run your screening report.
