For this unit we ask that you complete an application first and be approved through our application process. There is a $30 non-refundable fee that covers your credit (minimum credit score of 600) and criminal background screenings. We also verify that your household income has three times the rent amount after taxes (net). Unemployment does not count as income. No bankruptcy, short sale, or foreclosure within the last 2 years.
