We except 30 days up to 1 year stays, no smoking inside the home, no loud music or parties, there is a tenant living in the lower unit that works early hours. we allow 1 small quiet pet. there is a lock key code on the door at the top of the lighted covered staircase there is a seperate locked key code for the door to the basement for the laundry area, there is a half bath in the basebent as well we provide 1 cleaning a month for no extra cost there is a seperate private deck with patio furniture for this unit, no outside staircase to this deck
