Very quiet neighborhood that many people don't even realize is here. Many houses have no children, but there are children in the neighborhood. All the children on the streets near this house are very respectful and polite. Everyone seems to wave to each other, even if you don't know one another. It is a very friendly neighboorhood. There is no neighborhood association with dues, etc. Whatever rules that might exist for the neighborhood, I don't know them. I have seen the occasional deer. Definitely lots of rabbits running around. There is a groundhog that lives near this house. The gnats are atrocious in late summer. Many of the yards are more weeds than grass. But when they are mowed, you can't tell the difference.
