We have 3 upstairs bedrooms for rent to single students only. There is a full bathroom to be shared upstairs. Rent is $ with utilities & Wifi included monthly. You will have access to the laundry room, kitchen and yards. I am a middle-school teacher and my husband is a retired middle-school teacher. Our daughter is a senior in High School. Overnight guests are not allowed. All the rooms have windows facing south. We have 3 indoor dogs: 1 female Boxer (very friendly), 2 female mini-Dachshunds (also friendly). If you have any issues with pets please do not apply. We live on a busy street and we all park in front of the house.
