The only thing we don't love about our home is that we can't take it with us to our new city where our job is taking us! If we could pick it up and move it, we would! We love the hardwood floors throughout the main level; the beautiful brick wall in the kitchen that is the backside of the cozy living room fireplace; our remodeled kitchen with a double wall oven; that it has a formal dining area, as well as, a breakfast area; the ample storage; the convenience of the laundry chute; the large laundry room that's big enough to double as a "man cave"; and the cozy family room in the fully-finished daylight basement with a pellet stove that saves us on electricity by warming the entire home all winter..Outdoors we have a partially covered deck that we enjoy year round. It's proven to be the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or mug of hot apple cider - rain or shine. We also have a small, hobby garden that we built with landscape blocks. It's just the right size for a busy household to be able to enjoy fresh produce without a huge time investment! Behind the house is a second lot with a shop and covered RV parking wide enough for a boat and travel trailer. It has a separate, gated entrance and plenty of room for parking when we have a BBQ. It's also very private due to a large, wooded area that separates our neighborhood from the one behind us. Ours is a great neighborhood on a quiet, dead-end street that is within walking distance of the elementary and middle schools, as well as, downtown Coquille where you'll find the best pizza (Denney's) and best donuts (Frazier's) in Oregon!
