The rest of the first floor includes a midcentury modern-styled kitchen with a brand new Bosch dishwasher and a rustic stovetop and oven. The living room boasts a shelf of extensive vintage camera collections and a Carlisle dining table with sandblast finish. There is also a 42" Samsung smart TV (Netlifx, Hulu, Prime, YouTube, etc.) and a PS5 that is free to use. Upstairs includes a workspace, closets and cabinets for plenty of storage and a small bedroom with a queen bed. There is no garage but a shed for extra storage if needed. The driveway can fit up to 3 cars. The house doesn't have a yard but there is a decking area with cozy lights. The house does not have central AC but the master bed does have a 10,000 BTU standing Black & Decker AC which is more than sufficient during the summer months.
