You can customize your space by using the GENEROUS upstairs storage space (150 square feet) for items you do not want in the cottage. Two blocks from Natural grocers. Walk to Downtown and NAU. Close to trail to Thorpe park. Cul de sac location means reduced traffic. Train runs close by on the hillside above but no horns in this part of town.
