Welcome to our apartment! This amazing apartment has all the conveniences desired: a comfy bed, dedicated workspace, and a place to relax after a long day! We are located on a quiet street in the coveted Highland Park neighborhood. Drive 5 mins to the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium! We are also a 13 min drive to the universities and 18 mins to downtown! This rental amount includes utilities, wifi, and renting of furniture. This apartment is on the first floor of our home, which is a 3 story triplex. Inside we have 1 Queen Bed and our kitchen is full with dishware, a Keurig, utensils, and different cooking supplies. Smart TV with Roku, closet space, and plenty of living room seating offers all the basic perks & amenities for a couple. With lots of windows to bring in light, comfy furnishings & personal touches, this is a great place to lay your head after a day of city life! Guests have access to the entire unit. All units on the property are separate. The only shared space on the property is the stairs/walkway within the building. The basement is an unfinished space. There is no unit, only laundry is located there. Please treat our home with the same respect as your own. We've worked hard to create a welcoming space for our guests. Booking confirms your agreement to a security deposit hold, which will be released after check-out if all house rules are honored. The booking guest is responsible for ensuring all registered guests follow these rules. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. We require names, phone numbers, and photo IDs for each guest. Additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance and may incur fees up to $50 per guest per day. Unauthorized guests will result in a $100 fee per person per night and may lead to termination of your stay. Parties or events will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Small gatherings must follow all house rules. Allow access for maintenance if needed; we'll notify you in advance when possible. Please keep the property secure by locking windows and doors when not in use. No smoking inside. Smoke outside and dispose of butts responsibly. Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Excessive noise may lead to eviction and forfeiture of your deposit. Do not tamper with locked doors or security cameras. Use the bins provided and do not flush sanitary products. We have free street parking available. Report any damages; repair costs may apply. For tours, we can schedule them based on your availability.
