Our home is fully furnished and ready to move in, pots and pans and all and the property is included. Xfinity wifi and TV is included in the HOA fee. It is very roomy and comfortable. Since it is a lake front property the lanai is really a special place to enjoy the end of every day as the sun sets over the lake, some evenings are just incredible to see. The lanai has a separate air conditioner from the house unit. The house air conditioner was replaced in April of 2020. The metal roof was replaced in February of 2021. The irrigation is run off a separate well.
