We wish to rent to a nice, clean & responsible family, or small group. A tenant who will help take care of the home and the property while living there. It currently has some furniture in it that we'd be willing to let the tenant use during their tenancy if so desired. Dogs ok, upon approval. The tenant is responsible for all of the utilities! This home used to act as an Airbnb property and has had smokers in it. It has been freshly painted and cleaned. It has 5 bedrooms (1 a possible office) & 1 full bath/three 3/4 baths. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite full baths/showers and one bath (large soaker tub) is a Jack-n-Jill bathroom which can be accessed from either of the two spacious living areas. One of the bedrooms upstairs does have a large corner spa tub. There is a huge lit walk in closet in this bedroom, so great storage too! The very spacious kitchen has 2 self-cleaning ovens, a counter-top gas stove which is on top the large island in the center of the kitchen and a huge pantry. There are two parts of this home. The backyard does need tending to all of the time! All flooring is hardwood except one of the bedrooms in the old part of the house, which that room has carpeting, a set of French doors that lead directly onto the spacious deck/backyard, and a huge walk-in closet with drawers and shelves included! The oversized garage has plenty of parking and a garage door on the back side that leads to 3 storage sheds and a large outside storage area. It is in a fairly quiet neighborhood but there is easy access to the Boulder Turnpike, I-25 and I-76 to head to the mountains or downtown Denver. We (Dan & I) are fairly easy going, however, do ask for respect of us and the home. We live in Larkspur, just south of Denver so not that far away.
