Located just north of Huntsville in a small mobile home community. Unit 7 is approximatley 1200 sqft and Unit 11 is approximately 1400 sqft. Both have split floorplans, with the primary bedroom at one end, with secondary bedrooms on the opposite end of the home and the kitchen and living area in the middle. Owner will not accept anyone with collections or late pays on utilities or evictions. No large dogs or agreesive breeds. No Smoking. Each tenant must meet minimum selection criteria. $50 application fee for anyone over the age of 18 that will occupy the home. Tenant pays for all utilities. We get alot of calls on the mobile homes.
