Hey Guys! Here is a great opportunity for a female student faculty member or young professional looking for a place this spring near campus. My place is located near the intersection of Beacon St and St Marys, less than a 5-minute walk to campus. The view of Beacon St through the large bay windows is fantastic, especially when it snows! The apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with 2 living rooms (1 large and 1 small). My space is the large living room. The living room is only open to one of the other bedrooms but to add more privacy I have some room dividers shown in the photos. As the room is quite large I have the space divided into a sleeping area, desk area, and sitting area (futon by the windows). The unit comes furnished with a bed, nightstand, computer desk, armchair, futon, shelving, floor lamp, new mini-refrigerator, full-body mirror, and a few other items. There is also a 32-inch television with a soundbar that the renter is welcome to use as well. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared by up to 4 people depending on occupancy. If you decide to rent I will let you know what kitchenware is my own and you are welcome to use. I cannot stress enough what a great location this is. Beacon St has several bars within a rocks throw of the apartment. For groceries you have many options, Whole Foods Market is less than a 2-minute walk, Trader Joe's (Coolidge Corner T-stop) is only 3 stops away on the C-line, and Star Market or Target are other nearby choices. Also worth a visit: Fenway Park, Time Out Market (very nice), Cafe Landwer, Tatte Bakery & Cafe, and many others in the area. I spent the last 3 semesters here and this place has been great to me. Having your commute time cut down to essentially zero will really be worth it guys, trust me! Especially when you need to run home to take a quick nap to power through an upcoming long night of study!
