You'll have easy access to do your laundry since it's located next to the closet. The other two bedrooms are located on the second level of the home. They have great closet space and will make a great guest room. Additionally, downstairs has its own living room and full bath. And if you were thinking of paying for storage, don't! There is a massive storage space in the basement for all your seasonal belongings. The villas are designed to make life convenient! They are located by the Lenexa City Center where there are tons of restaurants and shops. There is convenient highway access and three grocery stores in the area.
