We are still reclaiming the yard from the Alaska wilderness, so there is minimal landscaping at this time. But it is well kept, level and cleared of most trees. The house is a cute ranch with a lovely fresh interior inspired by the gorgeous nature outside. Extra attention to detail was given to each bedroom to create a peaceful, luxury experience for each guest. There are two steps leading up to the front door. There are no other stairs on the property that guests would have to work around.
Everything included! All utilities including wifi and a complementary monthly cleaning are included in the rent. The home is fully furnished and decorated. Property is available for Mid-term renting starting Oct 1.
Month-to-month or 6 month lease available.
Pets are allowed per landlord approval. No smoking or parties on any part of the property.
There will be a once-a-month complementary cleaning that can be scheduled around tenant's schedule.
Tenant will not be permitted to bring in their own furniture or fix anything to the walls of the property.
Tenant must supply proof of monthly income and must also have qualifying credit scores and background checks.
