It is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, gas stations, freeway entrance, and the temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, and friendly. We DO NOT accept pets, smoking, drinking, etc. The shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, full bathroom, parking spaces, and backyard. We don't allow smoking, pets, alcohol, drugs. The lease duration will last 6 months. The tenants responsibility is to maintain the room and shared spaces clean.
