HALF BATH SECOND FLOOR: BEDROOM 1 (MASTER): King bed, nightstands with lamps and sound machine, daybed, twin bed, smart tv (please login to your own streaming services), luggage racks, and en suite bathroom. MASTER BATH - Walk-in closet, double vanity, and walk-in tiled shower. BEDROOM 2 - King bed, full length mirror, nightstands with lamps and sound machine, smart tv (please login to your own streaming services), closet, and attached Jack and Jill bathroom. BATHROOM - Jack and Jill style (shared with Bedroom 3), double vanity, and combination shower/tub. BEDROOM 3 - 2 twin beds, nightstands with lamps and sound machine, and closet. -There is VERY limited off-street parking. The city does occasionally ticket in this area of residential zoning. The home does have a small driveway that can fit 1 car and there is a parking garage and other paid parking on Main St. -There is a camera mounted on the front porch to the left of the door. Fully furnished. No pets. No smoking. Monthly professional cleaning required ($150). Min lease of 31 day. Max lease of 365 days. Lease can start on May 20 or any date after.
