The unit has a massive leather couch and gas fireplace/stove, a full kitchen, and even a pool table! There is one large bedroom with a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom is quite small with two twin beds and a sliding glass door onto an outdoor patio. There is a big bathroom with a large double shower. It's an easy 10 minute (0.3 mi) walk to the center of town, with hiking/biking trails right out the door. In winter, you can ski down to the snowflake lift, then the 4 O'clock ski run brings you right back to the house! One year lease desired, although we would consider a 6 month lease for the summer. The upper main house is a 3 bedroom which is also being rented long term. We pay water, trash, taxes, homeowners insurance. Renter is responsible for gas, electric, internet, plowing (shared with main house renters).
