Large ski in/ski out home at the base of Breckenridge Ski Area, easy walk to town, hot tub on huge deck with epic views overlooking Breckenridge and Mt. Baldy. Large kitchen, high ceilings, gas fireplace, garage, huge master bedroom, 3 bedrooms plus a loft. 10 minute walk to the center of town, hiking/biking trails right out the door. In winter, you can ski to the snowflake lift from the house, and 4 O'clock ski run brings you right back to the driveway. One year lease desired, although we would consider a 6 month lease for the summer. Owners pay water, trash, taxes, homeowners insurance. Renter is responsible for gas, electric, internet, hot tub, plowing. We are looking for a one year lease, although we would consider a 6 month summer lease.
