Large kitchen, high ceilings, gas fireplace, garage, huge master bedroom, 3 bedrooms plus a loft. 10 minute walk to the center of town, hiking/biking trails right out the door. In winter, you can ski to the snowflake lift from the house, and 4 O'clock ski run brings you right back to the driveway. One year lease desired, although we would consider a 6 month lease for the summer. Owners pay water, trash, taxes, homeowners insurance. Renter is responsible for gas, electric, internet, hot tub, plowing. We are looking for a one year lease, although we would consider a 6 month summer lease.
