Go through the front door to the staircase, go up one flight of stairs and go right and it is the unit at the end of the hall on your right. If you would like to view the roof top deck, please continue up the staircase past the 3rd floor and when you get to the top, go thru the doorway on your left. If you would like to view the laundry, please bypass the staircase and go through a doorway, up one step and the laundry room will be the 1st door on your left. Please take your shoes off, upon entering, as the hardwood floors are newly re-finished and there are new white tile floors in the kitchen and bath. The unit has the following amenities: The kitchen is newly painted, has white tile counters and backsplash, counter depth side by side white refer with water and ice in the door, d/w, 5 burner gas range with girddle, new microwave range hood and new garden window with white tile ledge. The bathroom has new vanity, mirrored medicine cabinet, glass shelves, bathroom closet, shower/bath combination, glass tub enclosure, new light fixture and new plumbing for excellent water pressure. There are 3 ceiling fans, all the windows are double pane and the heat is gas. The bedroom has a large closet with a double dowel rack system and mirrors on the closet doors themselves and also the back side of the bedroom door. There are 2 additional entry closets and there is also a small room right off of the front door to the unit that can be used for additional storage or a small office with new bi-fold door. There is a den off of the living room with bi-fold doors that separate the 2 rooms and there is a closet in there as well. There is a sliding glass door at the back of the apartment that provides another way to enter unit and it has a keyed lock for additional security. The security deposit is $2132. The total move-in cost is: $4548.00 We allow one indoor cat - monthly cat fee - $18.00 We allow one non-barking dog - monthly dog fee is $88.00 per month. We require evidence of renters insurance for any dog we allow on the property.
