The location is very convenient, located just off I-95 in Pigtown/Washington Village and just outside of Baltimore's downtown. You'll enjoy the Pigtown Festival and Sowebo Fest, as well as other community events. Pigtown offers easy walking accessibility to the University of Maryland, stadiums and Inner Harbor. The home is also a five-minute walk from a large grocery store. Carroll Park is just a block away. There is plenty of street parking available, but owning a car is not necessary in this convenient location. A major bus line (Yellow) is just two blocks up the street on Washington Boulevard.
