We rent both single family homes and duplex's. All single family homes require tenant to pay ALL utilities, all duplex units require tenant to pay all utilities except: water, sewer and trash. Simple month to month terms. Month to month lease - stay as long as you want (and are a good tenant!). Owner pays water, sewer and trash. Tenant pays all other utilities. Pet deposit is required. Save $25 per month by supplying your own stove and refrigerator.
