Welcome to Windsor at Westside, one of the newest and most luxurious resort communities in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. This home is just a few miles away from Disney and within easy reach of all attractions, shopping, and dining. The resort offers a fabulous water park, clubhouse with fitness center, and a heated pool with a lazy river, and this home offers even more! This home features 5 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, a living room, free washer and dryer, dining room, and a game room with foosball, air hockey, and pinball. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there's a private pool with an option to add heat. Enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, an outdoor patio with a grill and loungers, and free access to the community water park and amenity center. Parking can accommodate up to three vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Pool heating is available for $35 per day of stay, and we kindly ask for at least a week's notice to set it up. Windsor at Westside is an ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions. The property is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. The resort includes a huge resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, separate splash pool, hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, it's just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando's world-famous attractions. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, but coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all resort amenities.
