We built a pool last year in July of 2014, with jacuzzi/heated and fenced. We added closet to make fifth bedroom. We added surround sound to our movie/game room. We added sound proofing to one room on 2nd level bedroom to make a private office. We replaced first level with new carpet last year, 2014. We added solar on our roof in 2014.
