However, when I rented my house 15 years ago in a different state, the renters brought their dogs which they were allowed to bring but after they moved out-their dogs left so much damage and they disappeared into thin air. Their security deposit didn't cover the damages. So that is why there's no pet policy.
Security deposit and first month's rent is due at signing. I will need to see proof of renter's insurance as well.

The house is currently for sale on the market. If we find a renter to move in, we will be taking the house off the market. The lease terms are flexible but ideally, I prefer to put the house back on the market during the months of April, May or June since the summer months are the peak months for buyers/renters moving in.
If you are looking for a short term lease, we can do that but if you're moving out in a few months, we prefer that it be during the months of April, May or June. Lots of families move during that time as not to disrupt their children's school routines or/and register their children for the upcoming new school year.
I plan to sell my house in 2028 when my son graduates from high school and moving out of town. We can do lease terms that goes through to April-June 2026, 2027 or 2028.
The house is available to move in at any time. I just need 24-48 hours notice because I left some of my furniture there for staging purposes but we already moved out so the house is sitting vacant and ready to occupy. The furniture that you see in the pictures is what is currently there right now and I will remove all of it prior to your moving in.
You will have access to the community pools and other amenities in the neighborhood.
